I believe in creating functional movement in the body with the least amount of stress and strain.  Lifestyle, jobs, hobbies, sport can all create changes in how we move in everyday life leading to injury, stiffness and less movement and what I love about Pilates is that it leads to the opposite - a body that is more energised, stronger and less susceptible to injury, no matter what your age. 

I first found my love of Pilates whilst gaining my BA in Dance at the London College of Dance.  This inspired me to train as a Pilates matwork instructor with the Pilates Institute and I qualified in 2005.

I have continued to enhance my knowledge and understanding of the human body by taking further training in Advanced Anatomy with Intelligent Fitness, I have a specialist qualification (Level 4) in exercise management of lower back pain and have also trained in teaching the large studio equipment.
