​Studio hours

  Studio hours are 9am to 5:30pm , Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday and Friday and 1:1 sessions are of an hour in duration.

 

  If you are new to the studio a telephone consultation is required before booking your first session. This will enable me to assess your requirements and to go through any relevant , important clinical information to ensure your sessions are tailor made to suit you.

                                           Cost

      A 20 minute telephone consultation is offered for free - this gives me the opportunity to learn of your requirements and to  discuss any contraindications etc 

​

    1:1 session (reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel etc ) £60 

    

    5 sessions pack of 1:1                                        £275

​

    10 sessions pack of 1:1.                                      £500
