A morning stretch!
Hi everyone! This week during classes, I have been talking about the importance of getting a good stretch in as part of your morning routine. This is a 30 minute stretching class suitable for morning or afternoon - or anytime during the day. This will release tight muscles, loosen stiff joints and increase flexibility. The class can be done either on a mat or seated on a chair. This class is suitable for beginners stretching & intermediate levels.
